About Me

I’m Chriselle, a religious, God fearing, happily married Catholic wife. Lived in the Middle East for 6 years with my husband and two beautiful children. I’m currently living in India. When I’m not busy with running errands and kids’ stuff - I enjoy cooking, blogging, reading books, watching movies or just laze around doing nothing. I’m passionate about food, flowers, coffee, desserts and Enrique Iglesias! LOL. I love spending quality time with my family and friends. I believe in living a simple, humble and peaceful life. My life's motto is “Do things for people not because of who they are or what they do in return but because of who you are” – Saint Mother Theresa.

My entire inspiration for this Catholic blog came from the fact that regular Church going people have so many different views and explanations for these simple concepts that I felt we are all not on the same page. We go to the same Church, recite the same prayers and hymns but our understanding of certain topics are distorted. Hence, I want to create this to help every Catholic as I can so that we all have the same knowledge and thus can explain to the curious and doubtful in the right way. Moreover, I wanted to keep the language as simple as possible so that the readers don’t have to be theology experts to follow it.

The content of this blog is exposed in a traditional way and are according to the teachings of the Church. It is positive and very useful for good practicing Catholics of traditional upbringing who want to know their faith better.

Having lived in the Middle East and now in India I have also given my blog a personal touch of both, so it ain't just another religious blog but has a touch of fun to it too :) So go ahead and follow me to enjoy your time with my blog www.hiswords.org!

God Bless You’ll
